What are the Rights of Project REACH Clients?


  • You have the right to refuse our services
     

  • You have the right to participate in all aspects our service--including the discussion of aftercare and referral options
     

  • You have the right to be treated with personal dignity and respect without discrimination as to race, gender, religion, sexual orientation or physical disability
     

  • You have the right to confidentiality as can reasonably be assured
     

  • If you have a grievance that has not been adequately addressed by program staff, please call 610-363-1488 and ask for Quality Assurance.
